Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Adtouch (a sports marketing, event management and advertising agency in Dhaka, Bangladesh). Your continued use of this website signifies your acceptance of these Terms.

Services We Provide

Adtouch provides integrated sports marketing and event management services, including but not limited to:

• Sponsorship sales and brand endorsement negotiations.
• Event planning, management and on-ground production.
• Outdoor, stadium and broadcast branding.
• Creative design, digital print and public relations.

Sponsorship & Branding Rights

All sponsorship packages, ground rights and branding entitlements are governed by separate agreements with the relevant event organisers and governing bodies. Rights granted are non-transferable unless expressly stated, and are subject to approval by the tournament or series authority.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate brand assets, artwork and approvals within agreed deadlines.
• Ensure all supplied content and trade marks are owned or licensed appropriately.
• Communicate final decisions and confirmations in writing.

Fees, Payments & Invoicing

Service fees are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms are specified in each proposal or contract. Overdue balances may attract service charges, and Adtouch may pause work until outstanding amounts are settled.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and imagery — is the property of Adtouch or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any website content without our written permission.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of a project or relationship, and to use such information only for the purposes of the engagement.

Limitation of Liability

Adtouch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific service in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Adtouch harmless from any claims, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of this website, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through content you supply.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services at our discretion, without notice, where we reasonably believe a user has breached these Terms or engaged in unlawful activity.
